This unpaid Development Intern position provides exposure to all facets of real‑estate development from project inception through construction completion and lease‑up. The intern will attend external and internal meetings—including sessions with company executives—visit construction sites and operating properties, and engage in aspects of the design process while collaborating with financiers, architects, designers, engineers, and contractors. Each intern will simultaneously work on multiple projects at varying development stages, requiring strong financial skills, meticulous accuracy, and effective written and oral communication.
Qualified candidates must be enrolled full‑time in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited institution, majoring in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, Business, or a related field, and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
