Respond to tenant service requests and complete all requests in a professional and timely manner.
Promote safe work practices and ensure work is performed in accordance with QuadReal’s work standard.
Execute Angus preventive maintenance work orders as assigned up to the highest standard.
Monitor Building Management System for operating trends, revision to set points and operating schedules.
Be available on a regular on-call rotation, conduct after-hour boiler checks, and assist in after-hour emergencies when required.
Actively promote suggestions, recommendations and implementation of improvements, alterations, upgrades, or replacement equipment or systems integral with the buildings to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Perform daily operations with a strong commitment to customer service and execute operations team’s daily tasks.
Assist the Operations Supervisor in coordination of all contracted maintenance, scheduled repairs, capital projects and conduct ongoing and final inspections to ensure deficiencies are addressed.
Ensure that the principles of QuadReal’s customer service program are being met.
Contribute to implementing the corporate occupational health and safety program.
Conduct daily inspections, record instrument readings, environmental assessments and reporting.

A Valid driver’s license is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enhance promoting good tenant relations with a positive attitude.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Availability to work after hours, on-call on a rotational schedule, including weekends, and respond to emergency calls.
Must have extensive experience with one of the major Direct Digital Control (DDC) control systems.
3-5 years of building operations experience, preferably in a high-rise building.
4th Class Power Engineering Certificate is required.
Must have a thorough understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems including pumps, motors, hot water boilers, cooling towers, chillers and air handling equipment.
First-hand knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations and repair as required.
