Proven experience working in or with hyperscale data centers, with a strong understanding of their operational and technical requirements.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in documentation management tools and software commonly used in data center environments.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, with at least 2 years focused on NETA document review processes.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with large-scale data center commissioning or operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Familiarity with electrical systems, testing protocols, and data center infrastructure.
