The Client Response Team Operator role is a night‑shift position responsible for being the first point of contact for both reactive and proactive repair requests from diverse clients nationwide. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing relationships and ensuring service standards are met.
The role works 12‑hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 on a 4‑days‑on/4‑days‑off roster, covering weekends and bank holidays.
