Workshop Supervisor to oversee planned and unplanned maintenance equipment for our mobile plant and equipment.

Working a 2:1 FIFO roster and reporting to our Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading an established team on an 18-month planned project.

Monitor equipment condition and reliability, recommending replacements or upgrades as needed.
Liaise with operations, procurement, and OEM suppliers to coordinate parts ordering and equipment servicing.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and service routines to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Manage maintenance records, including service histories, parts usage, and inspection logs.
Lead a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff; assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure workshop practices and field maintenance are in line with company standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company maintenance protocols.
Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for mobile construction plant and heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, trucks).
Track maintenance costs, control budget expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, determine repair strategies, and ensure timely resolution to prevent work delays.

Have 5 years+ supervisory experience ideally within the construction and/or resources sector
Ability to work collaboratively and positively with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve;

Previous workshop maintenance experience ideally within the Pilbara
