Produce timely and detailed service reports
Tie workflow to schedule.
Install, service and repair control systems, both analog and digital, and program same.
Diagnose and repair minor plumbing and appliance problems.
Service chillers, valves, and other water flow devices.
Diagnose, repair, and/or replace hot water heaters.
Manage onsite repair, maintenance, and test tasks

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory
A High School diploma or equivalent
Chiller education required in both troubleshooting and maintenance for air-cooled and water-cooled systems
A state Class A or mechanical license
Must possess Type II EPA certification
Candidates must be able to work stand-by after hours on a rotational basis.
Familiar with DC controls and pneumatics and fresh air machines (examples include: Aaon, Munters, Carriers)
Frequently Required: Walking. Max carry 75lbs. Push/pull 40-75lbs. Exposure to hot and cold temperature. Working at heights. Operate motorized equipment.
Management experience highly desired
