Reviews and processes all contractual documentation for vertical transportation projects and facilitates the proper management, processing and storage of the information/documents generated by the contractor and the Authority during the execution of the contract.
Maintains oversight of contractor work progress in the field to ensure contract construction requirements are met.
Review of a current motor vehicle report
Reviews and evaluates contractor pay applications and ensures their accuracy.
Participates in project schedule development and substantial completion inspections for contracts.
