Tasks

-Performs research and deep-dive analysis of complex healthcare claims data, CMS return files, financial cost, revenue, and vendor data. -Interpret statistical analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders -Build and automate reports using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc. -Analyze large and small datasets: join, transform, engineer, and extract insights.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills and experience presenting statistical outcomes to non-technical audiences. -Early-career in the healthcare payor industry. -Excellent communication and teamwork. -Knowledge of healthcare claim structure and data -Knowledge of methods to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs, policies, and interventions. -Education in computer science, math, actuarial science, applied economics, or similar. -Responsive and proactive in supporting internal stakeholders. -Proficiency in SQL (able to write, test, debug, and document code). -Skilled at analyzing data for actionable insights. -Fast learner with a growth mindset. -Experienced working with large databases (school, work, or personal projects). -Strong attention to detail and ability to self-validate work. -Bonus: experience with Python, R, SAS, or other languages.
