Sales Interns will gain hands‑on exposure to real‑estate activities, including the buying, selling, and building of homes. Responsibilities include preparing market analyses, conducting research, assisting with community openings, and creating marketing collateral such as web content and property listings. The position is classified as non‑exempt, requiring time‑keeping and eligibility for overtime pay. Essential functions involve daily reporting to the division or community office, data entry, face‑to‑face interactions with customers and team members, and occasional operation of a motor vehicle. Physical demands include standing or sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lb as needed.
