Maintain confidential records for audit compliance.
Conduct monthly Cash GL account reconciliations.
Investigate unidentified receipts and collaborate with Collections, or Sr AR Manager for resolution.
Ensure accurate and timely cash application and allocation.
Perform clearing and posting of transactions as needed.
Drive continuous process improvements within the cash application function.
Communicate and verify credit/debit memos, unauthorized deductions, and adjustments on customer accounts.
Engage with multiple team members across regions.
Reconcile payment discrepancies daily and coordinate with the Collection team for resolution.
Prepare and post manual journal entries.
Respond to inquiries related to account reconciliations and payment applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Tax certificates in various states
Knowledge of VersaPay.
Experience collaborating closely with various cross-functional teams within an organization.
Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a cash application/credit position.
Tax Certification knowledge.
Credit application processing.
Knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative AR environment.
