Manage the daily operations of one or more field service teams including the safe execution of the work program, scheduling, payroll reporting, hiring, employee feedback, coaching and development of team members.
Develop new service initiatives that will support the long-term business objectives of the department.
Assure compliance with all OSHA, S&C & NEC safety rules and regulations to reflect Canadian Standards.
Coordinate reporting and information requirements for within Field Services and for facilitating information flow between Field Service employees and other departments or customers.
Ensure field personnel are qualified, prepared and understand scope of work for each work assignment.
Establish team member annual performance goals and conduct performance check-ins with team members.
Develop technical core competencies for Field Service employees.
Build customer relationships and resolve customer’s equipment issues.
Support Senior Manager with documentation and feedback related to, promotions, corrective action and terminations.
Ensure adherence to standard work practices and continue development of Standard Work Practices.
Perform hands-on field services work activities.
