- Provide coaching and leadership; and maintain effective communication channels
- Ensure team members understand organisational objectives, and are focused on development/delivery of their own relevant plans.
- Manage and lead personnel; prioritise work efficiently
- Manage the planning, coordination, execution, commissioning, and handover of all site services (in-ground & above-ground), including building work.
- Responsible for all third-party (service providers) engagement and management during the delivery of the project
- Resource and develop an effective team able to deliver the required services and demand of the project
- Manage systems and processes to ensure all services are installed, commissioned & tested in accordance with all local regulatory requirements in addition to the DT Infrastructure management process.

You are an experienced SPE, or Jnr PM (10 years) currently managing the services scope and now looking for a step up in responsibility on a significant infrastructure project. Reporting to the Delivery Director, the Area Manager (Services) will manage a team of professionals responsible in providing successful delivery and management for all services which will include, subcontractor management.
- Relevant project delivery experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification and experience
- Minimum of 10 Years engineering experience (preferably electrical)
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of our policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as relevant legislation.
- Leadership skills with customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality, and sustainability, along with the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature.
- Project Management and its application within a construction organisation and understand the importance and requirement to complete projects to time, budget, and quality parameters.
