Sourcing Specialist 1 - Sourcing Management

Manage indirect sourcing fulfillment, supplier relations, and procurement processes.
Own of the day-to-day execution of indirect sourcing fulfillment processes.
Support Lean culture by working cross functionally to improve purchasing process and supporting systems.
Work with requestors, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to manage supplier day-to-day performance, including order fulfillment, invoice receipt and reconciliation, continuous improvement and problem resolution.
Lead fulfillment activities and allocate needs to specific suppliers as required. Includes Sourcing management such as data analysis, negotiations support and purchasing activities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers.
Support, maintain, and update key sourcing tools, processes, and systems including ERP.

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college, university or equivalent OR high school diploma with at least 6 years of experience in Sourcing.

Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), variable labor or other indirect sourcing procurement experience
Effective problem identification and resolution skills

Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or equivalent

Previous Sourcing, Project Management, Financial, Engineering, Material Planning, Supply Chain or similar experience
4 years of professional or military experience in a procurement, financial, technical, operations or project management role. Working knowledge of Oracle ERP system.
Leverages technical, sourcing and analytic skills to solve emerging fulfillment challenges.
Ability and willingness to travel 20% of the time as required
