Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.
Ensure compliance with facility standards, timelines, and key project deliverables.
Partner closely with production leadership to support major project initiatives; some Friday/Saturday work may be required.
Conduct work measurement studies using MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) to determine accurate labor requirements.
Perform ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Analyze manufacturing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workstation layouts.
Develop, update, and execute daily manpower assignments aligned with production needs.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or high-volume assembly preferred).
Full onsite presence required (no remote option)

Ability to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
MOST Certification with documented professional application in industrial settings (required).
