Supervise construction effort on elevated guideway structures to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Assume responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination, etc.).
Assume responsibility for compliance of craft workers and subcontractors with contract requirements, efficient use of materials & equipment, site safety plan and timely performance of the project schedule.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required.
Assist project management in developing, project schedule, site logistics plan and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.
Support Site Specific Safety Plan.
Coordinate with on-site Owner employees.

Knowledge, skills and experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
Experienced in MS Word/Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy bid or similar software

Experience with City, State, Federal Government Clients preferred
10 or more years’ experience as a superintendent on heavy civil projects overseeing construction of concrete structures

Knowledge of contract management and familiarity with local trade/unions/craft
