Install and assist with fluid-applied flooring systems
Perform commercial concrete polishing, grinding, and surface preparation

Travel to job sites throughout Fort Wayne and nearby areas
Operate polishing and prep equipment safely and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs

This role focuses on high-quality commercial concrete polishing and also includes work with fluid-applied flooring systems. Experience in concrete polishing or commercial flooring preferred
