- To work closely with our nominated water treatment company, overseeing service visits and sampling of both Cooling Towers and Closed Systems.
- Overseeing Clean and Chlorination of Cooling Towers and Soft Water Tanks.
- Daily, weekly, and Monthly inspection and testing of Cooling Towers.
- Creating and populating all water treatment logbooks.
- Descaling of all Taps and Showers.
- Carryout Statuary and Mandatory servicing to water plant including TMVs.
- Inspection and Maintenance of associated water plant ie RO and Softener.
- Servicing and sampling of Domestic Water services including Calorifiers.
- To act as CBRE responsible person making sure we comply with all water legislation in line with HSG274.
