The Staff Surveyor will supervise technicians and field crews to complete large-scale land surveying projects in accordance with project schedules. This role will coordinate with other survey teams to execute project scope and ensure quality deliverables.

Serve as the client contact and sign/seal plats and drawings.
Mentor and train technicians on state survey requirements and QA/QC processes.
Supervise technicians and field crews for large-scale land surveying projects.

5+ years

TxDOT pre-certifications and land development experience are a plus.
Strong technical skills, including AutoCAD and MS Office.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale survey projects and lead teams.
Ability to obtain Texas licensure within 12 months if licensed elsewhere.
5+ years of relevant experience as a Texas RPLS or PLS in another state.
