Description

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other project-related documents
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
Support the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure project objectives are met
