Lead and supervise field crews on utility and concrete construction projects, including water lines, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and associated civil site work.
Manage daily field operations including layout, excavation, trenching, pipe installation, and structural concrete placement.
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and project requirements.
Maintain daily jobsite records, including production tracking, safety logs, and inspection documentation.
Lead jobsite safety meetings, toolbox talks, and quality control checks.
Interpret construction drawings, details, and specifications; proactively address and resolve field conflicts.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and production targets.
