Description

The Executive Procurement role is responsible for end‑to‑end procurement services within the P2P model. You will independently run RFX processes, select and negotiate with suppliers, create purchase orders, and maintain comprehensive MIS reporting. The position also oversees vendor management, cost‑saving initiatives, and coordination with site operations and finance teams.

• Deliver end‑to‑end procurement services within the P2P model.
• Independently manage RFX cycles, from issuance to contract award.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with selected suppliers.
• Create and issue purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards on procurement activity.
• Collect quotations, evaluate offers, and secure cost‑saving opportunities.
• Track all purchase orders and generate quarterly savings reports.
• Resolve supplier payment queries and ensure timely invoice processing with finance.
• Develop and maintain a vendor database, including ABC classification and registration.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new vendors and conduct training on company requirements.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with site operations and finance teams to align procurement plans and payments.
• Plan and budget purchase functions, including cost estimation and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with NCR region sites on daily procurement concerns and requirements.
