As an Outside Sales Representative for the Climate Control Service division, you will manage an assigned territory of commercial customers, contractors, and event companies. You will provide HVAC equipment solutions—including portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters—while collaborating with the General Tool and other Specialty Divisions to deliver turnkey services.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC, at least two years of direct sales experience, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and strong project‑management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention skills. A proven solution‑selling track record, ability to handle high‑volume sales, and the physical capacity to lift 25 lb+ and work both indoors and outdoors are also essential.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $62,965, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
