What you would be doing

State bar member in good standing.
Licensed to practice law in the United States.
Be able to adapt to an evolving regulatory and business environment.
Adept at working with minimal supervision on multiple time-sensitive projects and dealing directly with business developers, senior management and finance, accounting and tax professionals.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice.
