Support the President/CEO, S/VPs, and senior leaders in executing donor cultivation and solicitation strategies.
Contribute to annual revenue goals, tracking processes, and donor engagement plans in consultation with the VP of Fund Development.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling donor-facing materials, updates, and communications.
Help advance an organization-wide shift toward donor engagement by modeling best practices and equipping staff and leaders to participate effectively.
Provide guidance, strategy recommendations, briefing materials, and follow-up support for leadership led fundraising activities.
Maintain timely stewardship practices that encourage renewed and increased giving.
Leverage CRM and wealth-screening tools to identify new prospects, evaluate donor capacity, and track movement.
Strengthening of internal fundraising systems and donor communications.
Plan and implement strategic cultivation and stewardship events, including small gatherings, salons, and site-based visits.
Develop and implement a major gifts strategy aligned with organizational priorities and Fund Development goals.
Partner with Community Life, Real Estate Development, Accounting, and Communications teams to surface program stories and data that support donor engagement and target.
Establish a structured moves-management system to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
Contribute to building systems, materials, and processes that strengthen TCB’s major gifts infrastructure.
Effective activation of CEO, board/committee members, and senior staff in donor engagement.
Act as the relationship “quarterback” by coordinating research, organizing strategic meetings for TCB leadership, and managing follow-up to ensure clear next steps.
Produce donor analyses, revenue forecasts, and regular portfolio reports for leadership.
Identify opportunities over time to expand the major donor program across TCB’s multi-state footprint.
Collaborate with regional development committee in New York City, and other markets to strengthen networks and generate new introductions.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 - 75 major donor prospects.
Conduct regular donor meetings, cultivation conversations, and personalized stewardship activities.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in major gifts or individual giving.
Some travel between Boston and New York City is required, including meetings, events, and staff collaboration (5-10%).
CFRE or related credential preferred but not required.
Demonstrated success managing donor strategies and an active portfolio.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a growing program.
