Requirements

• Understanding of risk assessments and safe working practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in property clearance, waste removal, or similar manual work.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• In-depth knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and plumbing codes
• Full UK Driving Licence *
• Qualified Electrician with City & Guilds 2365 / 2330 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) City & Guilds , or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification.
• Full Current UK driving licence (if role involves travel) *
• Full Current UK driving licence *
• Proven experience in a similar plumbing role
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good communication and IT skills.
• Experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
