Oversee the billing process including timely entry of invoices, payment, and disbursement of funds.
Track financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial objectives.
Prepare and manage the budget creation, financial forecasting, and year end reconciliations for the property(s).
Oversee construction projects including building and tenant improvements within a first-class office environment.
Coordinate closely with Rockhill’s Senior Leadership to:
Perform regular property inspections with staff.
Implement property management plans, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for overall property management operations, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and adherence to lease agreements.
Collaborate with external stakeholders and implement sustainable practices to enhance property value and reduce operational costs.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with property management policies, procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives.
