Senior Property Manager - Rockhill

Description

• Provide direction to Property Management staff, promoting reasonable career and succession paths associated with Property Management professionals.
• Oversee the billing process including timely entry of invoices, payment, and disbursement of funds.
• Track financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial objectives.
• Prepare and manage the budget creation, financial forecasting, and year end reconciliations for the property(s).
• Oversee construction projects including building and tenant improvements within a first-class office environment.
• Coordinate closely with Rockhill’s Senior Leadership to:
• Perform regular property inspections with staff.
• Implement property management plans, including budgeting, financial reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for overall property management operations, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and adherence to lease agreements.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and implement sustainable practices to enhance property value and reduce operational costs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with property management policies, procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MRI/Yardi or other similar software systems
• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
• Effective time management
• Ability to use discretion and a high level of professionalism
• Service oriented with strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills
• BS/BA education level or higher
• Working knowledge with leases, contracts and other legal documents and processes
• Critical thinking and ability to exercise judgment and decision-making skills to solve complex problems
• Self-starter with ability to diligently manage multiple processes
