Lead multidisciplinary urban planning and design projects from concept through completion.
Provide strategic guidance to public and private clients, drawing on Arup’s interdisciplinary expertise.

Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders and communities.
Familiarity with planning tools and software (e.g., GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino).
Strong knowledge of provincial and municipal planning policies, especially in Ontario.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in urban planning or a related field.
Full membership with CIP, OPPI, or another recognized Canadian planning organization.
Proven ability to manage complex urban development projects and interpret financial proformas.
Experience with GIS data mapping, analysis, and visualization.
Experience with Official Plans, Secondary Plans, Zoning By-Law amendments, and the Ontario Land Tribunal is a plus.
7–10 years of experience in urban planning or a closely related discipline.
