Territory Manager

Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Barnsley. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations within assigned areas, building relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, and developing sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, handling property transactions, and meeting performance targets. Collaboration with teams and maintaining local market knowledge are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using technology and software for client interactions and property management
• Previous experience in property or estate agency is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities
• Experience with market analysis and strategy development
• Strong skills in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Valid driving license and access to personal transportation
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions
