The role involves delivering customer‑facing demonstrations, ensuring software aligns with client business goals, and supporting implementation, training, and ongoing mentorship. Collaboration with sales, technical teams, and Autodesk partners is essential, as is representing Symetri as a subject‑matter expert at industry events.
- Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of the Autodesk Construction Cloud suite and related Autodesk software.
- Gather customers' business objectives and map a strategy of software and professional services that align with those objectives.
- Prepare and present technical pre‑sales demonstrations across multiple phases of the construction lifecycle.
- Assist the PMO and sales teams with development of ROMs and SOWs as needed.
- Provide training, implementation, mentoring, and support for ACC and other Autodesk design and construction offerings.
- Evangelize, enable, and assist teams across TeamD3/Symetri with construction opportunities in various industries.
- Establish long‑term, trusted‑advisor relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams from TeamD3/Symetri.
- Attend and/or present at construction‑related industry events as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Build positive relationships with Autodesk Construction technical teams.
- Assist sales in identifying new and expanding existing services engagements.

Candidates must be proficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud and related Autodesk software, familiar with construction practices both in the field and office, and experienced in technical pre‑sales demonstrations. At least 3‑5 years of experience with a medium‑to‑large contractor organization and 2+ years hands‑on with ACC are required; exposure to competing tools like Procore is a plus.
