The summer analyst associate will support the Hudson Yards Sponsorship & Events team by performing a competitor analysis of mixed‑use properties across New York City, the United States, and internationally, evaluating events, sponsors, brands, signage, and marketing campaigns, and recommending prospective partners that align with Hudson Yards’ positioning as a premier destination.
The role includes assisting with sponsorship marketing execution—collecting assets, organizing promotional campaigns across social media, websites, email and digital signage, tracking and updating sponsor and event signage, building a system to monitor all marketing channels, and maintaining measurement trackers for foot traffic, attendance, RSVPs, giveaways and customer benefit redemptions.
Event‑related duties involve supporting Hudson Yards event execution such as coordinating backyard programming, managing artist meet‑and‑greets for sponsors and VIPs, capturing event photos, gathering real‑time feedback, updating the event calendar, reorganizing shared Box folders, and collaborating with fellow interns and corporate communications to produce a quarterly intern newsletter.
The position offers an hourly rate of $25‑$30 and is open to current undergraduate sophomores or juniors graduating between May 2027 and May 2028; candidates should have experience or interest in social media, sales, digital analytics, brand and event marketing, be self‑stated, possess strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills, and be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe. A resume must include expected graduation date and GPA; the role does not provide visa sponsorship.
Related, a privately‑owned real‑estate firm valued at over $70 billion, owns the 28‑acre Hudson Yards development and promotes a team‑oriented culture that encourages entrepreneurship and innovation. Its 10‑week internship program places students on critical projects, provides real‑estate education through speaker series and networking events, and offers professional development, volunteering, portfolio tours and intern‑led activities to foster collaboration.
