You will have proven experience as a Clerk of Works or in a similar construction/surveying role, strong knowledge of UK construction techniques, regulations and building codes, and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, independent judgement and strong organisational skills are essential, as is proficiency with digital inspection tools.
