- Report on performance, incidents, and drive continuous improvement in Health & Safety.
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and the Environmental Management System (EMS).
- Deliver training and develop tools to raise environmental awareness.
- Support construction projects on environmental issues, including document production and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct site inspections and audits, supporting both internal and external standards (including ISO14001).

- Degree in an environmental-related subject (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in contaminated land, statutory nuisance, waste management, soil testing, ecology, archaeology, and incident investigation.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis and reporting experience.
- Experience working with environmental regulators and diverse stakeholders.
