- Fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems for HVAC, plumbing, and process applications per drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and isometric piping diagrams.
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and jobsite conduct.
- Maintain high-quality standards and pride in workmanship on every project.
- Perform layout, threading, grooving, welding, and rigging of pipe and fittings.
- Push, pull and frequently carry objects as tools, materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work closely with foremen, project managers, and welders to ensure systems are installed safely and correctly.
- Test piping systems for leaks, pressure, and performance per code and project requirements.
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Travel to current job sites within Florida
- Cut, bevel, and prepare piping for welds and joints using various tools and techniques.

- Must be able to pass a 6G pipe weld test (TIG, MIG, or Stick depending on project needs).
- 4–5 years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience required.
- Experience with carbon steel, copper, and stainless-steel piping systems.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. – Stand and walk for long periods of time. –
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of chilled water, condenser water, steam, and hydronic piping systems.
- See and hear well with or without correction to avoid safety hazards to themselves and others.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 (minimum) certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, take field measurements, and perform accurate takeoffs.
- Work in heat and various other weather conditions
- Overtime and weekend availability, regular attendance
- Top-tier pay is exclusively reserved for candidates who hold valid Journeyman-level credentials.
