Managerial Responsibilities: Oversee and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their work, and assist with their professional development.

Project Management: Lead finance-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time to support new capital raises, state- and federal-ratemaking activities, strategic partnerships, and other processes critical for a $4bn+ rate-regulated group of companies.

Possess sector-specific knowledge of risk management and credit mitigants
Have strong analytic, modeling, and fundamental research skills
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field of study
Are able to work on a number of simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and exemplary follow-through
Have demonstrated transaction experience leading financial modeling, investment and/or credit underwriting processes, and management of investor/creditor due diligence processes
Knowledge and experience with a utility cost-of-service ratemaking framework
Familiarity with ratings agency project finance and utility corporate methodologies
Have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience across infrastructure- and energy-related deal execution, preferably at a large financial institution or corporation
