The role is to support the Management Team in the successful delivery of various Projects for our Clients both in Ireland and Overseas. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in the day to day management of our Projects, working with our Clients and their Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the Projects in line with Program timelines.

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process
Maintain dayto day communication with client, consultants, contractors for successful project outcomes
Lead the effective and efficient delivery of projects and managing the performance of both internal and external project teams
Manage project risks, value, change, cost to deliver the project

Requirements

Strong independent judgment and analytical abilities
Degree in Engineering related discipline such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management
Chartered Engineer (C.Eng MIEI) or equivalent; candidates also actively pursuing Chartered Status may also be considered
Excellent communication and relationship building skills within a team environment
Experience of Project Management / Project Delivery within the Aviation Industry would be considered advantageous
