Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures while performing layout tasks.
Performing Onsite Layout Work: Use surveying equipment to establish precise layout points, lines, and elevations for formwork and rebar installation.
Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, Site Superintendent, and on-site crew to address layout-related issues and ensure seamless project execution.
Quality Control: Conduct regular checks and verify the accuracy of layout work to maintain our high standards of quality.
Maintaining Equipment: Take care of and maintain layout equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Education: A College Diploma or relevant technical training is preferred.
Computer Proficiency: Experience with software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of construction onsite layout experience, ideally with concrete formwork.
Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Accurately read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to transfer design specifications to the job site. Ideally, the candidate should know how to do detailing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using total stations, levels, and other layout tools.
Driver's License: A valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
