Pragmatic approach to problem solving and strong flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities. Team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills, detail/customer oriented, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Minimum of 5+ years of directly relevant legal experience in a law firm or corporate in-house position.
Able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of associates as well as senior executives. Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills. Spanish is a plus.
Commercial transactions and litigation experience required. Energy or industrial industry experience preferred.
Juris Doctorate required. Must be admitted to practice law in one or more states.
