The Control Systems Product Management Team manages a portfolio of hardware and software solutions, driving development with a forward‑thinking strategy, and the Product Manager will execute the vision set by the Global Product Line Director and Portfolio Manager.
- Accountable for functional, business, and financial performance of the product(s).
- Serve as product advocate by conducting demonstrations, presentations, and training for stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Develop product strategy and vision based on market research, customer feedback, and product line goals.
- Collaborate across the organization to validate sales forecasts and identify products requiring special supply‑chain strategies.
- Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
- Define the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements.
