Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and be able to communicate plans.
Professional Engineer registration in TX with ability to obtain in NM & OK.
Knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends.
Detailed understanding of engineering project management methods with the ability to plan a project start to finish, taking into account time, cost and resources.
At least 4 years of experience in Civil Design - Water and Wastewater Treatment design preferred.
