Providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources.
Approving the design for processes developed internally or externally and performing final tests with respect to the project.
Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); PowerBI experience is nice to have
Possesses a basic understanding of 3D Engineering Design software (preferably AutoCad)
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent or relevant) is required.
Ideal candidates for this role will be capable of being hyper-collaborative with other business functions, an excellent and open communicator, and willing to drive for continuous improvement in assigned areas.
1+ year of relevant experience whether in an internship, university project, or combination of the two.
