Proven abilities in leading teams of water resources consultants and in securing work for team members and supporting their development.
Minimum of a M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences (e.g., Geology, Hydrogeology, Earth Sciences) or Engineering, preference may be given to those with advanced degrees.
Proven project management and technical skills applicable to delivering water resources projects
Proficiency in writing and communications.
A broad understanding of the water resources consulting business in Western and Northern Canada, with a focus in the mining sector.
Minimum of 15 years of experience, which must include relevant consulting experience in the mining sector.
An understanding of client expectations, project budgeting, proposal writing, and invoicing for engineering consulting services.
Professional registration in one of the above disciplines is required and registered in British Columbia (P.Geo. or P.Eng.).
