The Scheduler will maintain close working relationships with the Project Team to ensure that they meet or exceed Project Controls standards. This hands‑on role provides direct interaction with estimating, design, and construction teams to manage quantity, cost, and schedule throughout the project life cycle, from the original estimate through completion.
Key duties include developing CPM schedules, analyzing delays, communicating with owners, overseeing contract documentation, supporting project pursuits, conducting schedule audits, and training staff on scheduling software.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture or a related discipline, combined with three to eight years of relevant experience. Candidates must understand Earned Value Management, be proficient in document control, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Compensation includes a base salary plus a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
