Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock
Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders
Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process
Manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, and ensure that all RFI’s are integrated into the project documents
Work closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite
Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leader
Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders
