The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, identifying leads, and selling the full suite of Republic Services products—including small and large containers for municipal solid waste, recycling, electronic and universal recycling—within an assigned geographic area. The role involves meeting with prospective clients, delivering sales presentations, and working with key decision makers to secure new business.
Candidates should have at least two years of direct selling experience in a customer‑facing role, with waste or service industry experience considered a plus. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.
