

InCharge Energy provides EV charging infrastructure and energy management solutions.
The position’s duties cover a wide range of field activities such as civil work, trenching, installation of lighting, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, panels, transformers, and generators. Candidates will also troubleshoot electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, retrofit older systems to meet current standards, and upgrade panels or service capacity for greater energy efficiency. Additional responsibilities include commissioning EV chargers, coordinating with third‑party vendors, measuring infrastructure performance, and maintaining thorough project documentation.
Applicants must have at least five years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience and hold an Electrical Journeyman qualification (or an equivalent 8,000 hours of hands‑on work). Required certifications include an OSHA 30 card, with ECAP and EVITP certifications obtainable within 120 days of hire. A commercial driver’s license, an associate’s degree in a technical field, and proficiency with software such as Procore are highly desirable. Candidates should be adaptable, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
