The role focuses on developing and executing a strategic capacity roadmap for investment casting, aligning supply chain capabilities with customer demand over a three‑year horizon. Collaboration will span strategic suppliers, GE Vernova’s quality and engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless capacity planning.
Key duties include partnering with suppliers to map capacity constraints, implementing projects to eliminate bottlenecks, and creating action plans that prioritize safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The incumbent will establish operational rhythms, monitor weekly progress, and report status to senior leadership while supporting part qualifications and asset industrialization on‑site.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and bring 5‑10 years of operations or program‑management experience, including at least five years in investment casting production. Strong Lean, project‑management, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
