- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
- Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements

- Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools

- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on internal workflows and processes
- Experience in ecommerce - B2B and B2C
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
