Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Evaluates production equipment or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need tobe performed.
Develop maintenance procedures and schedules as necessary.
Sustain equipment documentation including electrical and mechanical systems. Ensure updates are made to keep all documents current.
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
Helps to develop, coach and train staff.

5 years experience programing and supervising PLC and motor drive systems
Knowledge and understanding of PLC’s and large Hp AC and DC drives and motors
Wire & Cable experience a plus.
Must be able to travel property and facility to diagnose production and building issues and plan
Experience with 2D & 3D CAD a plus
