The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining high‑quality data in the CRM system, tracking and resolving data discrepancies, and assisting with data‑maintenance tasks. The position requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders—including Preconstruction, High Voltage, BESS, Finance, Contracts, Legal, and Operations—as well as external clients, and involves preparing reports and meeting documentation.
- Perform QA/QC and validation of CRM records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain a centralized log of CRM issues and support their resolution.
- Update, clean, and standardize CRM data following Sales Operations procedures.
- Collaborate with CRM users and cross‑functional teams to resolve data gaps and align on standards.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives and enforce CRM governance policies.
- Generate weekly CRM and Power BI reports to monitor data quality.
- Attend and document internal and client meetings, taking minutes and assisting with client interactions during business development.

Candidates should hold a high school diploma and preferably a post‑secondary certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in sales operations, the power industry, or construction, and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics are advantageous. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, effective English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

- Preferred experience in sales operations, power industry, construction, or familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

- Effective written and verbal English communication and professional telephone manner.
