
You will be supporting our team of experienced Land Rights Surveyors, speaking to customers on their behalf regarding the progress of their new supplies, or to landowners regarding consents, payments or compensation settlements following site works. You’ll get involved from the very beginning of new works (varying in size from small to large) and will be responsible for completing initial land ownership and environmental searches, issuing simple consents and applications, processing payment requests and completing regular progress reviews and updates. In time you will become responsible for your own landowner enquiries and be expected meet landowners on site face to face to complete simple consents yourself.
A full clean driving license is desirable.
Is generally IT literate and able to input data and update internal systems accurately and consistently; and
enjoys working in a busy environment;
likes dealing with people - you should be comfortable speaking to a range of different stakeholders on the phone, via e-mail or face to face and be able to answer their queries confidently;
Candidates should hold 2 A levels or equivalent qualifications.
can coordinate multiple tasks at the same time and who has an enquiring mind;
enjoys problem solving to be able to develop in the role and progress within the team;
